If the ceiling has a bedroom or other living space above it, or is part of an escape route, building regulations require each speaker to have a fire hood. Hoods also cut sound leaking into the room above.
Allow about 10m per speaker for a typical run back to the amplifier. Webro 16/2 LSZH (low smoke, zero halogen) is the right cable for runs in ceilings and walls.

Installation notes
The C2L-CP requires a mounting depth of 177.5 mm and a round cut-out of 248 mm, so check ceiling void depth before installation. As a sealed CP design, performance is unaffected by the ceiling cavity, giving installers flexibility in retrofit and new-build projects alike. For multi-room or two-channel setups, pairing with a Sonos Amp or WiiM Amp gives straightforward streaming control alongside ample power headroom, given the speaker's 100W RMS handling and 50-200W recommended amplifier range.
