Monitor Audio WM-FH Fire Hood for Medium In-Wall Speakers

The Monitor Audio WM-FH is a fire and acoustic hood designed to fit over the rear of a medium in-wall speaker, helping to maintain the fire integrity of a wall or ceiling where it has been breached for installation. It is intended for anyone fitting in-wall speakers below habitable rooms or escape routes, such as on the ground-floor ceiling of a two-storey house, where building regulations require the original fire rating to be preserved.

Good to know

This hood is fitted around the rear of the speaker before installation, using the supplied push-pin fixings, and is compatible with the Monitor Audio W1M-E, W1M, W2M, W2M-CP and W3M medium in-wall speakers. One hood is required per speaker, so order one WM-FH for each in-wall speaker that needs to maintain fire integrity. It is sold individually and finished in black.
