Shipping policy

We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Standard Tracked Delivery (UK mainland, 3 to 5 working days): free on orders of £50 and over, £7.99 on orders under £50.

Next Working Day (UK mainland): £11.99. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day.

In-stock orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. You'll receive tracking details by email when your order leaves our warehouse. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you with a lead time before dispatching anything.

For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands, Next Working Day isn't available, and we'll contact you before dispatch if a surcharge applies.

Please report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to sales@ceiling-speakers.co, with photos if possible. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
