Refund policy

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This is on top of your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To return an item, email sales@ceiling-speakers.co with your order number within 30 days of delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, using a tracked service. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you pay the return postage.

We refund the price of the goods within 14 days of receiving them back, to your original payment method. If you tell us within 14 days of delivery, we also refund our standard delivery charge. Products that have been fitted, or returned damaged or incomplete, may be refunded at a reduced amount to reflect their loss in value.

Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and repair or replacement within 6 months. After that, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
