When will my order arrive?
Order by 1pm, Monday to Friday, and in-stock items are dispatched the same working day. Choose Next Working Day at checkout for delivery the following working day (UK mainland), or Standard Tracked Delivery for 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You'll get an email with tracking details when your order leaves our warehouse. If an item is out of stock we'll contact you with a lead time before dispatching anything.
Where we deliver
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours about any damage or missing items, by email to sales@ceiling-speakers.co with photos if possible. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
