Changed your mind?
If you bought online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Tell us by email at sales@ceiling-speakers.co with your order number, within 14 days of delivery.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Please use a tracked service: the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
- Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, you pay the return postage.
- We refund the price of the goods and our standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back, to your original payment method.
- Speakers that have been fitted, or that come back damaged or incomplete, may have their refund reduced to reflect the loss in value.
Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected:
- Within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty item for a full refund.
- Within 6 months we will repair or replace it. If that isn't possible, or the repair fails, you can claim a refund.
- After 6 months the manufacturer's warranty applies (at least 12 months on everything we sell, longer on many brands). Contact us and we'll handle the claim for you.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation or overloading.
