If the ceiling has a bedroom or other living space above it, or is part of an escape route, building regulations require each speaker to have a fire hood. Hoods also cut sound leaking into the room above.
Stereo from a single speaker needs a 4-core cable (left and right channels on one run). Allow about 10m back to the amplifier. Webro 16/4 LSZH (low smoke, zero halogen) is the right cable for runs in ceilings and walls.

Installation notes
The AWC265-T2 needs a 211mm cut-out and a mounting depth of 88.5mm behind the ceiling line (93.5mm overall with the grille fitted). Being a stereo speaker, it only needs a single stereo amplifier channel, making it perfect for pairing with a compact streaming amp such as a Sonos Amp or WiiM Amp where running a full stereo pair isn't feasible.
