WiiM Pro Plus Hi-Res Music Streamer

The WiiM Pro Plus is an audiophile-grade network music streamer designed to turn an existing amplifier, stereo system or pair of active speakers into a fully-featured streaming source. It suits anyone wanting to add Hi-Res wireless streaming and multiroom audio to a hi-fi system without replacing existing equipment.

Why we like it

• Premium AKM 4493SEQ DAC supporting playback up to 768kHz/32-bit for high-resolution audio quality
• Wide connectivity including AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect and Roon Ready
• Built-in microphone enables auto room calibration for optimal playback timing and synchronisation
• Flexible multiroom support across Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Aux and SPDIF source inputs
• Simple setup via the WiiM Home app, with full EQ control and compatibility with the optional WiiM Voice Remote

Installation notes

The WiiM Pro Plus connects via RCA line out, coaxial or optical digital outputs to an amplifier or active speaker system, with a 12V trigger output also available. It is a streaming source component rather than a ceiling or in-wall speaker, so it should be paired with your chosen amplifier and speaker set-up (including ceiling or in-wall speakers where used) rather than installed into a ceiling or wall itself. Power is supplied via USB Type-C (5V-2A).
