The Webro 14/2 Speaker Cable is a 2-core, 14AWG installation cable designed for permanent fixed-wiring applications in walls and ceilings. It suits anyone installing ceiling or in-wall speakers over longer cable runs, where a heavier gauge than standard 16AWG is needed to maintain performance.

Good to know

This is a 2-core cable, so you will need one length per speaker; if you are wiring a stereo pair or two speakers from a single run, a 4-core cable would allow both channels to share one cable instead. As a general guide, 16AWG cable is suitable for typical domestic runs, 14AWG such as this is better suited to longer runs, and 12AWG is recommended for very long runs or low-impedance, high-power home cinema setups. The Eca/LSNH construction of this cable is designed specifically for fixed installation behind walls and ceilings rather than portable or decorative use. It is supplied cut to length from the drum in 10m, 20m, 30m or 50m lengths.
