SpeakerCraft SDSi-12 12" Active Subwoofer

The SpeakerCraft SDSi-12 is a compact yet powerful 12" active subwoofer, combining a single high-excursion active driver with dual passive radiators to deliver deep, immersive bass from a relatively small footprint. It suits home cinema and music systems where impactful low-end performance is wanted without a large cabinet.

Why we like it

• Triple-driver design: one active 12" driver paired with dual passive radiators for deep bass extension
• 600W peak amplifier power for a powerful, room-filling output
• Wide frequency response of 26-260Hz covers the full low-frequency range
• Compact cabinet proportions make it easier to site or conceal compared with larger subwoofer designs
• Matt black finish blends discreetly into most rooms and settings

Installation notes

Connects via RCA input, with a USB 5V output and auto on/off switching for convenient integration with an AV receiver or amplifier. Crossover frequency is adjustable between 50-160Hz to blend with the main speakers in the system. The cabinet measures 394mm (H) x 393mm (W) x 375mm (D), so adequate space should be allowed for placement and ventilation; it is a freestanding unit rather than an in-wall or in-ceiling model.
