The Monitor Audio WM-BOX is an MDF back box designed for installing selected Creator Series in-wall speakers into stud or hollow wall constructions. It is intended for use with the W1M-E, W1M, W2M and W3M models, providing a dedicated enclosure that supports correct installation in timber-framed walls.

Installation notes

The WM-BOX should be fitted within the wall cavity prior to installing the corresponding Creator Series speaker (W1M-E, W1M, W2M or W3M). With all accessories fitted, external dimensions are 854 x 284 x 160 mm (H x W x D); without accessories fitted, dimensions are 704 x 284 x 160 mm. Allow sufficient depth within the stud wall to accommodate the full 160 mm depth of the box. As this is an accessory back box rather than a speaker, there are no impedance or amplifier power requirements associated with the product itself; these will be determined by the compatible speaker installed into it.
